Investors are invited to provide funding for Endulini, a residential development in the suburb of Brackenfell in Cape Town.
The Developer has secured the site for the development of 61 sectional title apartments within a secure gated environment. To develop this stage of the project, the total funding required is R 19 600 000, with the minimum investment amount limited to R 100 000. Investments receive fixed returns calculated as follows:
Investment level R 100 000 – R 299 000 (15% per year)
Investment level R 300 000 upward (18% per year)
The initial investment period is projected to be for approximately 12 months after which investors may exercise their option to roll the investment over into subsequent investment cycles to prolong their investment. Unique to our offering is the security structure to protect your investment which can be elaborated upon with further information provided when you enquire.
Investor funds are initially paid into STBB Attorneys Trust account. Upon exit, at the end of the investment cycle, the Attorneys will repay the investor capital plus accrued interest. It is at this time that the investor may choose to rather reinvest funds into another available investment, called a ‘rollover’ of funds.
The previous projects undertaken in the Cape Town area by the Developer were funded on the same basis.
Endulini will be a secure, access-controlled complex comprising 61 sectional title apartments. The homes are all 2-bedroom properties with a choice of 1 or 2 bathrooms. All units will have a patio or balcony with a built-in-braai. The units will fall under the R 1.5 Million price range which is the most popular and highly absorbable property price range in the broader Cape Town area.
The site of the development is beautifully located on the crest of a hill, with most units being afforded uninterrupted views. Brackenfell, the suburb within which this development falls, is an established area undergoing rapid expansion on its outskirts to cater for the huge demand of the middle-income community. The demand for 2-bedroom units in established, safe areas such as this is very high, catering to a broad market of owner-occupiers, investors and renters.
